歡迎您使用譜羅頓智能泵業(yè)(安徽)有限公司為您提供的智能變頻游泳池泵APP（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“本APP”）。譜羅頓智能泵業(yè)有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“開(kāi)發(fā)者”）高度重視您的隱私保護(hù)與數(shù)據(jù)安全，本隱私協(xié)議旨在向您說(shuō)明本APP在數(shù)據(jù)收集、存儲(chǔ)、使用、保護(hù)等方面的規(guī)則，明確您對(duì)個(gè)人信息及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的權(quán)利。請(qǐng)您在使用本APP前，仔細(xì)閱讀并充分理解本協(xié)議全部?jī)?nèi)容，您下載、安裝或使用本APP的行為，即視為您已充分閱讀、理解并接受本協(xié)議的全部約定。若您不同意本協(xié)議，請(qǐng)勿使用本APP。
一、隱私協(xié)議適用范圍
1.1 本隱私協(xié)議僅適用于本APP的所有功能及服務(wù)，涵蓋您使用本APP過(guò)程中涉及的數(shù)據(jù)收集、存儲(chǔ)、使用及保護(hù)等相關(guān)行為。
1.2 本APP為純離線(xiàn)應(yīng)用，不聯(lián)網(wǎng)、無(wú)第三方SDK、無(wú)需注冊(cè)登錄，故本隱私協(xié)議不涉及任何網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、第三方數(shù)據(jù)處理及賬號(hào)信息相關(guān)的隱私問(wèn)題。
二、數(shù)據(jù)收集與使用規(guī)則
2.1 不收集個(gè)人信息：本APP無(wú)需注冊(cè)登錄，不會(huì)收集您的任何個(gè)人信息，包括但不限于姓名、身份證號(hào)、手機(jī)號(hào)、郵箱地址、地理位置、通訊錄、設(shè)備相冊(cè)、通話(huà)記錄等
2.2 僅本地存儲(chǔ)藍(lán)牙設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)：為實(shí)現(xiàn)藍(lán)牙連接設(shè)備、數(shù)據(jù)接收及指令下發(fā)功能，本APP僅會(huì)在您的手機(jī)本地存儲(chǔ)已連接設(shè)備的藍(lán)牙相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)（包括但不限于設(shè)備藍(lán)牙名稱(chēng)、藍(lán)牙MAC地址、設(shè)備型號(hào)、連接記錄）。該數(shù)據(jù)僅用于本APP與設(shè)備的藍(lán)牙適配、快速重連，不會(huì)用于任何其他目的。
2.3 無(wú)數(shù)據(jù)上報(bào)行為：本APP全程離線(xiàn)運(yùn)行，不產(chǎn)生任何網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸，開(kāi)發(fā)者不會(huì)通過(guò)本APP采集、上報(bào)您的任何數(shù)據(jù)（包括設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)、手機(jī)設(shè)備信息、使用記錄等）。
2.4 不獲取設(shè)備敏感信息：本APP不會(huì)主動(dòng)獲取您手機(jī)的敏感設(shè)備信息（如IMEI、IMSI、設(shè)備序列號(hào)、系統(tǒng)權(quán)限信息等），僅在藍(lán)牙功能正常運(yùn)行所需的最小范圍內(nèi)獲取必要的藍(lán)牙模塊權(quán)限，該權(quán)限僅用于設(shè)備連接，不會(huì)用于數(shù)據(jù)收集。
三、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)規(guī)則
3.1 存儲(chǔ)位置：所有設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)均僅存儲(chǔ)于您的手機(jī)本地存儲(chǔ)空間，不存儲(chǔ)于開(kāi)發(fā)者服務(wù)器或任何第三方服務(wù)器，不進(jìn)行云端備份。
3.2 存儲(chǔ)期限：設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)將在您的手機(jī)本地持續(xù)存儲(chǔ)，直至您主動(dòng)刪除該數(shù)據(jù)或卸載本APP。卸載本APP后，本地存儲(chǔ)的所有設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)將隨APP卸載一同清除（若您手動(dòng)備份則除外）。
3.3 數(shù)據(jù)控制權(quán)：您對(duì)本地存儲(chǔ)的設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)擁有完全控制權(quán)，可隨時(shí)通過(guò)本APP的功能模塊查看、刪除相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，所有操作均在您的手機(jī)本地完成，開(kāi)發(fā)者無(wú)任何權(quán)限訪(fǎng)問(wèn)、修改或干預(yù)該數(shù)據(jù)。
四、數(shù)據(jù)安全保護(hù)
4.1 開(kāi)發(fā)者責(zé)任：開(kāi)發(fā)者承諾嚴(yán)格遵守?cái)?shù)據(jù)安全相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，不采集、不上報(bào)、不共享您的任何數(shù)據(jù)，不通過(guò)任何渠道獲取您手機(jī)本地存儲(chǔ)的設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)，確保數(shù)據(jù)僅在您的本地設(shè)備中留存。
4.2 無(wú)第三方數(shù)據(jù)處理：本APP未集成任何第三方SDK、插件或工具，不會(huì)通過(guò)第三方處理您的任何數(shù)據(jù)，不存在第三方獲取、泄露數(shù)據(jù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
4.3 用戶(hù)設(shè)備安全：請(qǐng)您妥善保管您的手機(jī)設(shè)備，設(shè)置安全密碼、開(kāi)啟設(shè)備鎖屏等防護(hù)措施，防止他人未經(jīng)授權(quán)使用您的手機(jī)及本APP，訪(fǎng)問(wèn)或刪除本地設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)。若因您的設(shè)備保管不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致的數(shù)據(jù)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，由您自行承擔(dān)。
4.4 數(shù)據(jù)安全免責(zé)：因您手機(jī)設(shè)備自身故障、系統(tǒng)漏洞、ROOT/越獄、安裝惡意軟件、修改系統(tǒng)設(shè)置等非開(kāi)發(fā)者原因?qū)е碌谋镜財(cái)?shù)據(jù)泄露、丟失或篡改，開(kāi)發(fā)者不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。
五、用戶(hù)的權(quán)利與義務(wù)
5.1 用戶(hù)權(quán)利
- 5.1.1 知情權(quán)：有權(quán)了解本APP的數(shù)據(jù)收集、存儲(chǔ)、使用規(guī)則，明確知曉本APP不收集個(gè)人信息、不上報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)、僅本地存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)的核心原則。
- 5.1.2 數(shù)據(jù)管理權(quán)：有權(quán)自主查看、刪除本地存儲(chǔ)的設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)，有權(quán)通過(guò)卸載APP的方式清除所有本地?cái)?shù)據(jù)，操作后數(shù)據(jù)不可恢復(fù)（手動(dòng)備份除外）。
- 5.1.3 異議權(quán)：若您對(duì)本隱私協(xié)議內(nèi)容有異議，有權(quán)停止使用本APP，并通過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā)者提供的聯(lián)系方式反饋意見(jiàn)。
5.2 用戶(hù)義務(wù)
- 5.2.1 承諾合法使用本APP及相關(guān)設(shè)備，不利用本APP或手機(jī)設(shè)備從事任何侵犯他人隱私、危害數(shù)據(jù)安全的違法違規(guī)活動(dòng)。
- 5.2.2 應(yīng)妥善保管手機(jī)設(shè)備及本APP的使用權(quán)限，避免他人未經(jīng)授權(quán)操作導(dǎo)致本地?cái)?shù)據(jù)泄露或設(shè)備控制異常。
- 5.2.3 不得通過(guò)非法手段破解、篡改本APP，不得擅自獲取或提取本地存儲(chǔ)的設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)，否則將承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的法律責(zé)任。
六、隱私協(xié)議的變更與更新
6.1 開(kāi)發(fā)者有權(quán)根據(jù)法律法規(guī)變化、APP功能優(yōu)化等情況，對(duì)本隱私協(xié)議進(jìn)行修改或更新。修改后的協(xié)議將在APP內(nèi)通過(guò)鏈接地址實(shí)時(shí)更新（離線(xiàn)狀態(tài)下將在您下次打開(kāi)APP時(shí)展示）。
6.2 若您對(duì)修改后的隱私協(xié)議有異議，可停止使用本APP；若您繼續(xù)使用本APP，即視為您接受修改后的協(xié)議內(nèi)容，修改后的協(xié)議對(duì)雙方具有約束力。
七、免責(zé)條款
7.1 因不可抗力、法律法規(guī)變更、第三方惡意攻擊、用戶(hù)自身操作不當(dāng)或手機(jī)設(shè)備問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致的任何數(shù)據(jù)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、隱私泄露，開(kāi)發(fā)者已盡到合理注意義務(wù)的，不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。
7.2 開(kāi)發(fā)者僅對(duì)本APP自身的隱私保護(hù)措施承擔(dān)責(zé)任，不對(duì)您手機(jī)設(shè)備的系統(tǒng)安全、其他應(yīng)用的隱私行為承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
7.3 因您主動(dòng)向第三方披露本地設(shè)備藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)、授權(quán)第三方使用您的手機(jī)及本APP導(dǎo)致的隱私泄露，開(kāi)發(fā)者不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
八、爭(zhēng)議解決
因本隱私協(xié)議引起的或與本協(xié)議相關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議，雙方應(yīng)首先通過(guò)友好協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不成的，任何一方均有權(quán)向開(kāi)發(fā)者所在地有管轄權(quán)的人民法院提起訴訟。
九、其他條款
9.1 本隱私協(xié)議的成立、生效、履行、解釋及糾紛解決，均適用中華人民共和國(guó)法律（不包括沖突法規(guī)范）。
9.2 本隱私協(xié)議未盡事宜，由雙方另行協(xié)商解決，或參照相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及本APP用戶(hù)協(xié)議執(zhí)行。

9.4 本隱私協(xié)議自發(fā)布之日起生效，最終解釋權(quán)歸開(kāi)發(fā)者所有。

Introduction
Welcome to using the Intelligent Variable Frequency Swimming Pool Pump APP (hereinafter referred to as "this APP") provided by Prodn Intelligent Pump Industry (Anhui) Co., Ltd. Prodn Intelligent Pump Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") attaches great importance to your privacy protection and data security. This Privacy Agreement is intended to inform you of the rules of this APP regarding data collection, storage, use, protection, etc., and clarify your rights to personal information and related data. Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement before using this APP. Your act of downloading, installing or using this APP shall be deemed as your full reading, understanding and acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use this APP.
I. Scope of Application of the Privacy Agreement
1.1 This Privacy Agreement only applies to all functions and services of this APP, covering data collection, storage, use, protection and other related behaviors involved in your use of this APP.
1.2 This APP is a pure offline application with no network connection, no third-party SDKs, and no need for registration or login. Therefore, this Privacy Agreement does not involve any privacy issues related to network data transmission, third-party data processing, or account information.
II. Rules for Data Collection and Use
2.1 No Collection of Personal Information: This APP does not require registration or login, and will not collect any of your personal information, including but not limited to name, ID card number, mobile phone number, email address, geographic location, address book, device album, call records, etc.
2.2 Local Storage of Only Bluetooth Device Data: To realize the functions of Bluetooth connection to devices, data reception and instruction delivery, this APP will only store Bluetooth-related data of connected devices locally on your mobile phone (including but not limited to device Bluetooth name, Bluetooth MAC address, device model, connection records). Such data is only used for Bluetooth adaptation and fast reconnection between this APP and the device, and will not be used for any other purposes.
2.3 No Data Reporting Behavior: This APP runs offline throughout the entire process and does not generate any network data transmission. The Developer will not collect or report any of your data (including device Bluetooth data, mobile phone device information, usage records, etc.) through this APP.
2.4 No Acquisition of Sensitive Device Information: This APP will not actively obtain sensitive device information of your mobile phone (such as IMEI, IMSI, device serial number, system permission information, etc.), and only obtains the necessary Bluetooth module permissions within the minimum scope required for the normal operation of Bluetooth functions. Such permissions are only used for device connection and not for data collection.
III. Rules for Data Storage
3.1 Storage Location: All device Bluetooth data is only stored in the local storage space of your mobile phone, not on the Developer's server or any third-party server, and no cloud backup is performed.
3.2 Storage Period: Device Bluetooth data will be stored continuously locally on your mobile phone until you actively delete the data or uninstall this APP. After uninstalling this APP, all locally stored device Bluetooth data will be cleared along with the uninstallation of the APP (unless you manually back it up).
3.3 Data Control Right: You have complete control over the device Bluetooth data stored locally, and can view and delete relevant data at any time through the functional modules of this APP. All operations are completed locally on your mobile phone, and the Developer has no right to access, modify or interfere with such data.
IV. Data Security Protection
4.1 Developer's Responsibility: The Developer promises to strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations on data security, will not collect, report or share any of your data, and will not obtain the device Bluetooth data stored locally on your mobile phone through any channels, ensuring that data is only retained on your local device.
4.2 No Third-Party Data Processing: This APP does not integrate any third-party SDKs, plug-ins or tools, will not process any of your data through third parties, and there is no risk of third parties obtaining or leaking data.
4.3 User Device Security: Please properly keep your mobile phone device, set security passwords, enable device screen lock and other protective measures to prevent others from using your mobile phone and this APP without authorization, and accessing or deleting local device Bluetooth data. The Developer shall not be liable for any data security risks caused by your improper custody of the device.
4.4 Exemption from Liability for Data Security: The Developer shall not be liable for any leakage, loss or tampering of local data caused by non-Developer reasons such as malfunctions of your mobile phone device, system vulnerabilities, ROOT/jailbreaking, installation of malicious software, modification of system settings, etc.
V. User's Rights and Obligations
5.1 User's Rights
- 5.1.1 Right to Know: The right to know the rules for data collection, storage and use of this APP, and to clearly understand the core principles of this APP that it does not collect personal information, does not report data, and only stores device Bluetooth data locally.
- 5.1.2 Right to Data Management: The right to independently view and delete device Bluetooth data stored locally, and the right to clear all local data by uninstalling the APP. After the operation, the data cannot be recovered (except for manual backup).
- 5.1.3 Right to Objection: If you have objections to the contents of this Privacy Agreement, you have the right to stop using this APP and feedback your opinions through the contact information provided by the Developer.
5.2 User's Obligations
- 5.2.1 Commit to using this APP and related devices legally, and not using this APP or mobile phone device to engage in any illegal or irregular activities that infringe upon others' privacy or endanger data security.
- 5.2.2 Shall properly keep the use permissions of the mobile phone device and this APP to avoid unauthorized operation by others leading to leakage of local data or abnormal device control.
- 5.2.3 Shall not crack or tamper with this APP by illegal means, nor obtain or extract device Bluetooth data stored locally without permission, otherwise shall bear corresponding legal liabilities.
VI. Changes and Updates to the Privacy Agreement
6.1 The Developer has the right to modify or update this Privacy Agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, optimization of APP functions, etc. The revised agreement will be updated in real time through the link address in the APP (it will be displayed when you open the APP next time in offline status).
6.2 If you have objections to the revised Privacy Agreement, you may stop using this APP; if you continue to use this APP, it shall be deemed that you accept the contents of the revised agreement, and the revised agreement shall be binding on both parties.
VII. Disclaimer
7.1 The Developer shall not be liable for any data security risks or privacy leaks caused by force majeure, changes in laws and regulations, malicious attacks by third parties, improper operation by users or problems with mobile phone devices, provided that the Developer has fulfilled reasonable care obligations.
7.2 The Developer shall only be liable for the privacy protection measures of this APP itself, and shall not be liable for the system security of your mobile phone device or the privacy behaviors of other applications.
7.3 The Developer shall not be liable for privacy leaks caused by your active disclosure of local device Bluetooth data to third parties or authorization of third parties to use your mobile phone and this APP.
VIII. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Privacy Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction at the Developer's place of residence.
IX. Other Terms
9.1 The formation, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Privacy Agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).
9.2 Matters not covered by this Privacy Agreement shall be resolved through separate negotiation between both parties, or with reference to relevant laws and regulations and the User Agreement of this APP.
